Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to Logicmint (logicmint.ai), operated by Moksha Associates LLP.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; we do not charge you again after you cancel.

2. Refunds

• All subscription fees and credit purchases are non-refundable. Because the Service is delivered electronically and consumed on an ongoing basis, we do not provide refunds for fees already paid or for unused time in a billing period.
• Any refund claim is strictly limited to the monetary value of unused credits remaining in your account, and shall be payable only as and to the extent directed by a verdict of a competent court at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

3. Raising a billing query or claim

For any billing query, duplicate/erroneous-charge report, or refund claim, email [email protected] from your registered email with your account details. Where a refund is payable (limited to unused credits as set out above, or as directed by a competent court), it is processed to your original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay / Stripe); the time for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank/card issuer.

4. Free plan

The free tier involves no charge and therefore no refund.
