This Privacy Policy explains how Moksha Associates LLP ("Moksha", "we", "us", "our"), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India and the operator of Logicmint (logicmint.ai, the "Service"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data. We act as the data controller / data fiduciary for personal data processed through the Service. By using the Service you agree to this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions.

Log and usage data (pages/actions, timestamps, build events), IP address, and browser/device information, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We use a strictly-necessary, secure, http-only session cookie to keep you signed in, plus limited analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

5. AI features & how your content is processed

To generate and refine applications, your AI Inputs are sent to third-party AI model providers (see §8) that return AI Outputs. Importantly:

We do not use your AI Inputs or your generated code/applications to train our own or general-purpose AI models. We may use aggregated, de-identified, non-personal data to monitor and improve the Service. Where our model providers offer it, we use API tiers configured not to train on customer data.

We rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (where required, e.g. certain cookies), and legal obligation.

We share personal data only with service providers ("sub-processors") who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, and as required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal data. Current sub-processor categories:

Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside India/the EEA. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Applications you choose to publish are made publicly accessible at a URL you control. Do not include personal or sensitive data in content you publish unless you intend it to be public.

We retain account and project data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. You may request deletion (see §12/§14).

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, update, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact us (§14); we respond within the period required by law (typically ~30 days).

India (DPDP Act, 2023)

As a Data Principal you have the right to access, correction, and erasure of your data, to grievance redressal, and to nominate another individual. Children's data (under 18) is processed only with verifiable parental consent, and we do not undertake tracking or targeted advertising directed at children.

EEA/UK

You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

United States (CA & other states)

You may request access/deletion and opt out of "sale"/"sharing"; we do not sell personal data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We use reasonable security practices including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and encryption at rest at our data providers, consistent with the IT Act, 2000 and SPDI Rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of breaches as required by law.
