Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Moksha Associates LLP ("Moksha", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of Logicmint (logicmint.ai, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract; if you use the Service for an organisation, you represent you are authorised to bind it. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it, and for keeping your sign-in secure.

3. Licence to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal or business purposes.

4. Restrictions

You will not: resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted; reverse-engineer or copy the Service; scrape or use bots/automation that burden the Service; circumvent usage limits, security, or access controls; or remove proprietary notices. Prohibited uses are detailed in our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Subscriptions, fees, taxes & auto-renewal

6. Free, trial & beta features

Free, trial, or beta features are provided "as is", may change or be withdrawn, and may have usage limits.

7. AI Output — ownership & important disclaimer

As between you and us, we assign to you all right, title, and interest (if any) we have in the AI Outputs you generate, and you own Your Content. This is subject to: (a) our continued ownership of the Service, our software, models, and platform IP; and (b) the rights and licences of third-party model providers and of any open-source or third-party components included in an Output. Because outputs are generated statistically, similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users, and Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or non-infringing.

AI Outputs are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or infringe third-party rights. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any Output before relying on or deploying it. Do not use Outputs for high-risk purposes (e.g. medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions) without appropriate independent review and safeguards.

Nature of AI-generated applications — please read carefully. Logicmint is intended for building prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and MVPs. AI-generated applications may not work as expected in real-world conditions; the code may be wrong, incomplete, or insecure, and AI generation is bound to produce errors or negative results. You should treat any Output as a prototype/MVP demonstration and not as a finished, functional, or production-ready application.

Applications generated through this automated AI platform at nominal charges are not to be construed as an alternative or substitute for professionally developed applications. You are strongly advised, and it is mandatory, to have any generated application independently reviewed and validated by qualified professional software/security firms before using it in production or for any real-world, commercial, or business-critical purpose. You assume all risks arising from any use of an Output without such professional review.

8. Your Content & licence to us

You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide it to you. You represent you have the rights to submit Your Content. We do not use Your Content or AI Inputs to train general-purpose AI models (see Privacy Policy).

9. Feedback

If you give us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use it without restriction or obligation to you.

10. Published applications & hosting

You are responsible for applications you publish, including their content and compliance with law. We may remove, disable, or take down published apps that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or in response to valid legal requests.

11. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers (hosting, databases, AI model providers, payment processors). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or outages.

12. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Moksha or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the limited licence in §3, no rights are granted to you in the Service.

13. Copyright / takedown

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact [email protected] with details of the work, the location of the infringing material, and your contact information. We will act on valid notices and may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOKSHA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

16. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Moksha from claims, damages, and costs arising from Your Content, your use of the Service or Outputs, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

17. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, security risk, or as required by law. On termination, your licence ends; you may request export of Your Content within a reasonable period subject to feasibility.

18. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

19. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.

20. Miscellaneous

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or sale. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
