Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Logicmint (logicmint.ai), operated by Moksha Associates LLP, and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the applications you generate and publish.

Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service (including AI Inputs, AI Outputs, and published apps) to create, host, or distribute anything that:

• Is illegal or violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringes intellectual property or other rights of any person.
• Contains malware — viruses, worms, ransomware, or other malicious code; or facilitates hacking, unauthorised access, or circumvention of security or access controls.
• Harms or harasses — is threatening, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or incites or facilitates violence or self-harm.
• Exploits or endangers minors, including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Violates privacy — doxxing, or collecting, selling, or exposing others' personal data without lawful basis or consent.
• Is deceptive or fraudulent — phishing, scams, impersonation, or spam.
• Provides regulated goods/services without authorisation — e.g. gambling, weapons, controlled substances, or financial services requiring a licence.
• Abuses the platform — scraping, bots, or activity that overburdens or impairs our infrastructure, or that circumvents usage limits or billing.
• Resells or sublicenses the Service without our authorisation.

Unsupported app types

Logicmint builds web and mobile applications. It does not build AI media-generation apps, and prompts requesting them are declined at generation time. This includes:

• AI image generation — text-to-image, image-to-image, or AI art generators (e.g. Stable Diffusion / Midjourney / DALL·E-style tools).
• AI video generation — text-to-video or image-to-video generators.
• Other AI media-synthesis apps whose core purpose is generating images, video, audio, or 3D from a prompt.

You can still build apps that display, upload, edit, or manage images and video (galleries, players, editors) — only AI generation of that media is out of scope.

AI-specific responsibilities

Do not use AI features to generate the prohibited content above, to attempt to bypass safety controls, or to produce content that misleads others about being AI-generated where that would be deceptive or unlawful.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, remove or disable content or published apps, throttle or suspend access, terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. We may act immediately where there is risk of harm, legal exposure, or service abuse.
